These are cases in which a person is being sued by another person or company, or prosecuted for an alleged crime by the District Attorney’s office.

Tim has represented and helped those arrested and accused of crimes in courts throughout Southern California including cases of D.U.I., assault, drug possession, arson, probation violations, spousal battery and stalking. He is experienced in handling both felony and misdemeanor cases.

Tim has received the highest possible rating for attorneys by Martindale-Hubbell, a national organization that reviews and rates attorneys. In 1992, Tim was admitted to ABOTA (American Board of Trial Advocates) an exclusive, nationwide group of proven trial attorneys. An attorney must have a minimum of 20 jury trials brought to verdict to be admitted to ABOTA. Tim resigned as an associate in 2003.
