Tim has received the highest possible rating for attorneys by Martindale-Hubbell, a national organization that reviews and rates attorneys. In 1992, Tim was admitted to ABOTA (American Board of Trial Advocates) an exclusive, nationwide group of proven trial attorneys. An attorney must have a minimum of 20 jury trials brought to verdict to be admitted to ABOTA. Tim resigned as an associate in 2003.
