Biography

One of seven children, Timothy Donahue was raised in Madison, Wisconsin, by his parents. Tim graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1979 with a Bachelor Degree in Political Science. Upon graduation, he moved to Southern California, and in 1983, he graduated form Western State University, College of Law, in Fullerton. That year he also passed the California Bar exam and began practicing law for a large accident/insurance firm in Santa Ana. He has been in business for himself since 1996, still working with the same loyal and competent staff since graduating from law school.

Tim has an AV rating (the highest possible) by the Martindale-Hubbell legal directory, a national rating authority on attorneys. In 1992 he was admitted to ABOTA, American Board of Trial Advocates. ABOTA is an exclusive, nationwide group of proven trial attorneys. Member attorneys must have a minimum of 20 jury trials brought to verdict to be admitted to ABOTA. Tim resigned as an associate in 2003.

Mr. Donahue has a reputation as a conscientious, experienced and dependable attorney. His Midwestern upbringing drives his strong work ethic today. He has recovered millions of dollars on cases in which other attorneys have said to the client, “I’m sorry, but you have no case.”

Tim, his wife, and three children reside in Orange County, California. Tim’s interests include physical fitness and the raising of his children. He and his family belong to Mariner’s Church, in Irvine, where Tim is active in the children’s ministry.
